* On Wednesday, Omaha received three-tenths of an inch of precipitation. Or, as Channel 7 called it, "Storm Alert 2012: Snow Tsunami."
* It was windy. Channel 7 cut to one of its outstate "weather watchers" - he was stuck to a grain silo.
* Winds have been gusting up to 55 mph in Omaha. Early Thursday morning, people in northwest Omaha reported a UFO orbiting town. That was actually the garbage can I set by the curb the night before.
* Angelina Jolie just weighed in on President Obama and the presidential election. However, people in our celebrity-obsessed culture are waiting to hear from Kellie Pickler, George Lopez and Snooki before deciding how to vote.
