12:20 a.m. Police arrested Earl Albert Gillott, 47, at S. 11th and W. Vine sts. on a warrant for failure to comply in a criminal trespass case. He was released due to a medical conditions.
7:18 a.m. A resident in the 300 block of Sand Ridge Ct. reported his vehicle window was broken and the radiator cap taken after 7:30 p.m. yesterday.
7:56 a.m. A caller from the Shell station in the 300 block of N. Santiam Hwy. reported a male stole beer on Dec. 24. The caller has it on camera. Loss: $2.68.
1:28 p.m. Police charged a 34-year-old man with third-degree theft for alleged shoplifting from Walmart.
1:39 p.m. A caller reported a refrigerated semi hit a traffic light at N. Santiam Hwy. and Wheeler St. and is trying to move. Traffic is backed up. The 22-year-old male driver was not cited.
