Pint-sized philanthropists: Two Boise 10-year-olds have raised close to $1000 ...
The word philanthropy probably hasnt yet appeared on the fourth-grade spelling lists at Liberty Elementary School in Boise.
But the students there have learned about community service. And two of them have already found a way to contribute.
Boise fourth-graders Alyssa Rigby and Maddie Oppenheimer last year turned one of their hobbies into a fundraising project for a local nonprofit. They are $170 short of reaching their goal of $1,000.
The girls plan to donate the money to the Idaho Humane Society by the end of February.
It makes me feel good inside to know Im helping an animal, said Alyssa, who listed dogs, cats and panda bears among her favorite animals.
Im a big dog lover, said Maddie, who has a mini-Schnauzer-Scottish terrier named Kirby. I like small dogs.

It's funny when girls already look like bums and tries to put on ear rings to look cute haha
Omg this girls hoop ear rings are blowing the hell outta me!
