Hair show in Russia benefits children with leukemia

TOP hairdressers and makeup artists from seven countries participated in the "Alternative Hair Show" held in Russia recently. Now on its 29th year, the hair show led by London’s Leukemia Research Foundation for Children, will benefit children afflicted with leukemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers.

Iconic hair and makeup artists from Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America headlined the show entitled, "Illusion." It was held at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow attended by over 5,000 guests.

The pride of Asia was the young and dynamic artist, Ryosei Takuma. The team from the Kohsuke Visual Network based in Tokyo presented a three-minute fantasy dubbed, "Wonder." Showcased in the category, avant garde, Ryosei’s presentation was inspired by the classic fairy tale, "Alice in Wonderland."
