When I get a blow-out, my day is completely transformed. The moment I step out of the salon and feel my silky hair bouncing around, I can’t help but smile. It’s apparent that stylists do it better than we can, and getting a blow-out is definitely a luxury. Who has $50+ to spend on a blow- out every time they need their hair washed? Not most of us–and that is precisely why when I get a blow- out, I want it to last as long as it possibly can. I spoke with Andrea Skelton , stylist at The Doves Studio in Santa Monica, CA, about how to make a blow-out last.
